On Monday 24 April, the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Cllr Yogan Yoganathan, took time out from his busy schedule to host our wonderful Care Professionals for a delightful afternoon tea and a private tour of the Mayor’s Chamber.
