We will even liaise directly with your loved one’s GP and pharmacist to ensure the correct medication is being prescribed and dispensed.
We’ll take responsibility for the whole process, reordering medication as necessary and safely disposing of medicines whilst helping them (or prompting them) to take it when it is time.
