Quality Care
In order to provide the best quality care to our clients, we have a stringent recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check, the requirement of four competence and character-based references, as well as an extensive onboarding training programme.
Our care professionals will always come and meet your loved ones with a trained member of our team, so that they never have a stranger knocking at their door. This friendly introduction enables your loved ones to start building familiarity with their carer, before mapping out their care sequence.
Continuity of Care
We always try to match your loved ones with care professionals who share similar hobbies and interests. We believe that it is important to always have the same care professionals visit your loved ones so that they can develop a relationship with their care professionals and have continuity of care.
