We launched in 2018 with the goal of delivering the highest standards of care to those in need: helping them to live safer, happier and more fulfilling lives in their own home.
We have won multiple awards over the years for the quality of care that we deliver, as well as how we recruit, train, and develop our staff.
We provide ongoing support to our staff and develop them so they can grow in their roles and progress in their careers.

Home Care Assistant/Care Worker/Care Assistant/Care Professional
As a care professional, you will support clients with tasks such as bathing, preparing meals, taking medication, giving them companionship and taking them out. Our goal is to help our clients stay as independent as possible, so they can continue living safely in their own homes.
We work around your availability to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a care professional. What is important to us is the values you hold, as we can teach you the skills. You will have a passion for helping others and pride yourself on providing an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and responsible. You must also feel comfortable engaging in conversation with others.
Unlike other care companies we pay you for travel time, mileage, training, pension and holidays.
Our training consists of online e-learning modules, face-to-face training and shadowing.
You will always shadow each client before you see them alone.
Our training is continuous; we have monthly staff meetings and trainings.
