“I was recommended to this agency since my wife has early-stage Alzheimer’s. I was hesitant in suggesting this idea to my wife but arranged for an initial visit from the lady in charge and a colleague. They immediately put both of us at ease and assessed our requirements very astutely. The “carer” has now been coming to us for four hours on a Wednesday morning, for two weeks, and the agency could not have supplied a better “buddy” for my wife. It was agreed that the carer should be the same as far as is possible, and my wife now looks forward to the morning when I disappear to recharge my batteries fly fishing, I get out with a clear conscience, and my wife says the morning flies by with her charming buddy. Sincere thanks to a very caring organisation.”

They are proactive, they take my uncle to hospital and doctor appointments, contact and chase the doctors and pharmacy on his behalf as well as performing intimate care needs and cook meals. They go the extra mile and really care about him as an individual.”

“Following my Dad’s cancer operation, and subsequent rehabilitation in hospital, this agency was recommended to us by our family surgery, and we have been so lucky, and extremely grateful as we couldn’t have hoped for a better care provider. Throughout the whole 18 month period of care, which is still ongoing, the level of professionalism and expertise from the carers has been excellent. I now work quite a distance from home and am away most of the day leaving very early, so knowing my Dad is in very safe hands is a huge relief. As soon as there is a problem, whether it’s medication needing collecting, transport to the doctors, or any change to the care plan, both my sister and I can always be sure it will be dealt with promptly. Communication is excellent, and all the carers are very professional and friendly and treat dad with the utmost respect. We will always be eternally grateful to them for all the care, and support we have received.”
“Wonderful care for my mum in her last few months. The care team are reliable, kind, incredibly trustworthy and a joy to have in our home. They were incredibly supportive at a very difficult time for our family, which included my dad of 91 who was losing his wife of 65 years and my children. So many generations to deal with, other than my Mum who had complex health care issues. Great care for my mum in her last few months. As I was so happy with the care my mum received with we are using them again and they are as great as ever. They now provide companionship care for my father who has Alzheimer’s. I am working from home and just don’t have the time to give him the attention he needs.”
